The idea for my card decks is simple - to make it easier for people to go beyond small talks and start deeper conversations.

Hey there, thanks for checking out my passion project Beyond Mondays!

The initial idea was to print my learnings from the past 6 years onto note cards and share with people around me. Serving as daily practical reminders to help us retain more of what we have learnt and stay on course.

Forming a growth habit for all aspects of life that last beyond Mondays. To challenge ourselves and our circle to grow a little more every day, in any way. But after doing further research, I realised creating question card decks will allow me to make a bigger impact. To help everyone build more meaningful relationships with each other.

The card decks are easy to play, and require less time to explain than it does to get the wifi password. Flip a card over. Read it. Ponder it. Talk about it. Grow from it. Start a meaningful conversation with a team member, or find out something new about your close friends.
